This is not an entry level position.

Do you have the following experiences in Arizona Superior Court (Civil, Family, Probate, Juvenile, or Tax)???

• Prepared at least 10 initial filing packages to commence litigation (eg, Complaint, Petition, etc.)?
• Prepared at least 10 initial disclosure statements?
• Prepared and served at least 10 subpoenas duces tecum?
• Prepared and filed over 50 motions to continue or for enlargement of time?
• Prepared at least 5 trial notebooks with over 15 exhibits each?
• Managed a caseload of 60 to 80 active files?

Then you should consider joining out team to help our clients in a variety of probate court proceedings including guardianships, conservatorships, decedents estates, and contested will & trust matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and detailed time tracking, meeting billable requirements, and be comfortable with probate matters or is willing to learn.

You need to be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment as we continue to serve our clients. Expect heavy computer use and digital file maintenance.
