Estate Planning & Administration Attorney

We are seeking Estate Planning & Administration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will assist in building estate planning strategies, draft probate pleadings & custom legal documents, and generally guide clients through their difficult times.

Our law firm practices estate planning & administration exclusively. Have you created wills & trusts? 

Helped clients figure out what to do when someone dies or becomes incapacitated? If their plan was deficient, have you helped them go through probate, guardianship and/or conservatorship? If someone was stealing an inheritance or not doing their job properly as a fiduciary, have you helped go after them? That's what we do here.

Bilingual not necessary. Background checks will be conducted.
References will be contacted. Active Arizona Bar license in good standing required. Non-smoking law firm.

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
